About me
Hello! My name is Helena Dore, and I’ve spent the past few years reporting on natural resource issues in southwest Montana and the Greater Yellowstone area. I earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Montana, and I’m passionate about outdoor recreation, conservation and public land access. In my free time, I like to trail run, ski, hike, hunt and fish.
As a reporter for the Chronicle, I wrote news articles about wildlife and forest management, infrastructure, water quality, floods, fires, environmental policy and other topics.
